Then you will need to install a custom recovery. TWRP recovery is the most widely used these days. Hello The gapps that has worked for me with galaxy note 3, Nikgapps-core-arme64-11-202110501-signed, and crDroidAndroid-11-20220516-hlte-v7.18.. It works perfectly and heats up a little and Google play storer works. The lineageos 19 does not work well with the gapps 12, it gets very hot and I have had to uninstall it, All the best
